Managing services
Where every hosting service lives in your dashboard.
Every hosting service appears in /dashboard/services, along with deploy projects, mailboxes, phone numbers, and so on. Filter by status to focus on actives, suspendeds, or pending orders.
The service detail page
Click any service. You get:
- Overview — current status, resource allocation, attached domain, next renewal date.
- Power controls (where applicable) — start, stop, restart, reinstall.
- Custom domains — point your domain at the service.
- Files / databases / configs (for hosting types) — the inline file manager, database list, and config editor.
- Activity log — every hardware action with a timestamp.
- Billing — current cycle, renewal date, change cycle, upgrade/ downgrade.
- Cancel — opens a cancellation request.
Opening the control panel
For services that have a control panel (game servers, web hosting), the Open panel button signs you in directly. No second login. The link is one-shot — fine to click, useless to share.
Renewing
If auto-renew is on and a card is saved, you don't need to do anything. Manual renewal: click Renew now on the service or pay the renewal invoice from /dashboard/invoices.
Cancelling
Cancel on the service → pick a reason → confirm. The cancellation is queued; we don't terminate immediately. You'll see options:
- End of cycle — service stays active until the paid-through date, then ends. Default.
- Immediate — terminate now, refund pro-rated to your account balance (where eligible).
You can revoke a pending cancellation any time before it executes.
See Refund policy for what's refundable.
