Refund policy

30 days on hosting, no contracts, no hidden conditions.

Short version: 30 days, no questions, on web hosting, business hosting, game servers, and VPS. After that, we'll work with you case-by-case. We don't play games with refunds — if you're owed one, you'll get one.

What gets a 30-day refund

  • Web hosting
  • Business hosting
  • Game server hosting
  • VPS

How to claim:

  1. Open a ticket under Billing within 30 days of the initial purchase (not a renewal).
  2. We refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  3. Service stops when the refund issues.

What's not refundable

  • Domain registrations. Once a domain is registered, the registry has the money. We can't get it back. (We can still cancel/transfer the domain — we just can't refund the registration fee.)
  • Cloud usage (Storage / Streaming / Images / Deploy on usage tier) — usage already consumed.
  • AI Studio token spend — the model calls already cost us whatever they cost.
  • Setup fees on managed services if work has begun.

If you bought one of these and there's a legit problem (something we broke, a misrepresented feature), open a ticket — we read every reply and resolve case-by-case.

Partial refunds

If you're past 30 days on a hosting service but cancelling, we can sometimes pro-rate the remainder of a long pre-paid term. Open a ticket with the request — not a guarantee, but we'll consider it.

Disputed charges

Please open a ticket before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us $15–$25 and ~30 days of admin time regardless of outcome — we'd rather resolve it directly. We've issued refunds to people who'd already filed; we don't punish you for it.
