Getting your first site live
- Open the control panel from the service page in /dashboard/services.
- Domains → Add Domain — type the domain you've already pointed at the service.
- Drop your files into
/httpdocs/via the file manager or FTP. - Done. SSL issues automatically via Let's Encrypt.
If you want WordPress: WordPress in the panel sidebar → Install → set the domain + admin user → done in ~30 seconds.
Supported runtimes
| Runtime | Versions |
|---|---|
| PHP | 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 |
| Node.js | 18, 20, 22 (LTS lines) |
| Python | 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 |
| Ruby | 3.2, 3.3 |
| Go | latest stable |
Pick per-domain in the panel. Multiple PHP versions can coexist on the same service.
Limits worth knowing
- No root. This is shared hosting. Daemons, systemd services, custom kernels — VPS or Dedicated for that.
- No raw Docker. Use Deploy for containers.
- CPU / RAM caps per tier. We don't oversubscribe heavily, but noisy-neighbor protection means you have a ceiling. Hit consistently? Upgrade to Business Hosting or VPS.
