Contacts & lead pipeline

Built-in CRM-lite for incoming calls.

Every number that calls or texts you gets auto-saved as a contact. Promote contacts to leads, tag them, move them through pipeline stages.

Contacts

Auto-created on first interaction. You can also add manually: Contacts → New contact. Fields:

  • Name
  • Phone numbers (multiple supported)
  • Email
  • Company
  • Notes
  • Tags

Lead pipeline

Optional CRM-style workflow. Default stages:

  1. New — fresh inbound, no follow-up yet
  2. Contacted — you've responded
  3. Qualified — they're a real opportunity
  4. Proposal — quote / pricing sent
  5. Won / Lost

Customize stages at Settings → Pipeline.

Promoting a contact to a lead

In any contact card → Promote to lead → pick the initial stage. The contact moves to the leads view and shows up on the pipeline board.

Moving leads through stages

Drag-and-drop on the Pipeline view. Each move logs a timestamp.

Tags

Free-form labels. "newsletter", "high-value", "support-ticket-open". Filter by tag in the contacts list.

Notes + activity log

Every contact has an activity log: every call, text, status change, note. Searchable.

Bulk operations

Select multiple contacts → bulk-tag, bulk-promote, bulk-export. Useful for cleaning up post-event lead lists.

Exporting

Contacts → Export → CSV. Includes all fields + tags. Useful for syncing with a "real" CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive) once your operation outgrows the built-in.
