Checkout
Final review, payment, and what happens after.
/checkout is the last screen before a charge. Three sections: billing info, payment, review.
Billing info
Pre-filled from your profile. Edit any field for this order only — this won't change your profile address (for that, see Profile).
If you're a business, fill in:
- Company name
- Tax/VAT ID (where applicable) — reverse-charges VAT in the EU when valid
Shipping (merch only)
If anything in your cart is a physical product (merch), an address form appears. Otherwise this section doesn't render.
Payment
Pick a saved card or add a new one. Or use:
- PayPal — handled at the next step
- Crypto — addresses shown after order placement; the order waits for confirmations before activating
For new cards: a secure iframe direct to our payment processor. We never see the full card number.
Review
The right-hand summary lists every line item, discount, tax, and total. Last chance to spot something off.
Placing the order
Click Place order. Three things happen, in order:
- We create the order + invoice in your account.
- We charge the payment method (or wait for crypto confirmations).
- We provision the services automatically.
Most services go live within a minute. Some (custom hardware, custom configurations) take longer — you'll see a Pending status with an explanation, and we email you when it's ready.
After checkout
- You land on the order confirmation page.
- Receipts hit your inbox.
- Services appear in /dashboard/services.
- Any domain orders show up in /dashboard/domains.
If anything fails to provision, an alert sits on the order page with the reason. We get pinged automatically — usually it's resolved before you'd think to write in.
