Creating a brand
Setting up the brand profile the AI learns from.
A brand is the AI's frame of reference. Better brand profile, better posts.
Setup wizard
/tools/marketing → New brand → 4 steps.
Step 1 — Basics
- Name — your brand name.
- Industry — pick from the list or type your own.
- Description — 1–2 sentences. "We make hosting that doesn't suck." style.
- Website — pull-down helps the AI grasp your business if it's not obvious.
Step 2 — Audience
- Target audience — "developers building side projects, small SaaS founders, dev agencies" — be specific.
- Pain points — what your audience cares about.
- Tone — pick from a list (Professional, Casual, Playful, Edgy, Authoritative) or describe in your own words.
Step 3 — Voice
- Keywords — comma-separated. Words/phrases the brand uses often.
- Banned words — what you NEVER want to see. ("revolutionary", "leverage", "ecosystem".)
- Sample posts — paste 3–10 social posts you've written that exemplify the voice. The AI uses these for style transfer.
Step 4 — Visual identity
- Logo — upload PNG/SVG. Used in generated images.
- Color palette — 3–5 hex colors. AI uses them for generated graphics.
- Reference images — optional. Drop in moodboard-style images; the AI will match the visual style for generated graphics.
Save. Brand is ready to generate content.
Editing a brand
Brands → click → Edit. Updates apply to future generations, not past ones.
Multiple brands
Add as many brands as your plan allows. Each has its own:
- Voice
- Connected social accounts
- Content history
- Schedule
Useful for agencies, multi-product founders, and anyone running distinct accounts under one Suzko login.
Connecting social accounts
After creating the brand, Connected accounts tab. Add one or more of:
- X (OAuth)
- Instagram (via Meta — needs a connected Facebook page)
- LinkedIn (personal or company page)
- Facebook (page)
- Threads (via Meta)
- Bluesky (app password)
- TikTok (OAuth)
Each link grants Suzko permission to post on the brand's behalf. Unlink any time.
